Toilet Sanitisers - Internl & External Units

“EHS provides complete installation and maintenance of sanitisers for flushing toilets”

Internal & External Units:

• Keeps toilet bowls clean and fresh smelling in-between cleans
• Reduces cleaning requirements and eliminates the need for traditional disinfectants and acid based cleaners
• Keeps drains free flowing and unclogged
• Reduces unsightly bowl stains

Q. How do the internal sanitisers work?

A. The highly concentrated solution is dispersed with each “flush” which helps clear organic waste which inturn reduces stains, encrustations and malodours.

Q. What is the main difference of the External sanitiser?

A. In some circumstances there is no direct access to the cisterns so we therefore must directly connect the sanitiser into the pipework to disperse the solution. External sanitisers are identical in performance to the internal units, the only difference is that internal units release solution with each “flush” and the external solution is programmed to be dispersed at “regular” timed intervals.

Q. Are these sanitisers safe & easy to use?

A. EHS internal sanitisers are safe for all septic tanks and plumbing and are biodegradable and ecologically safe for the environment. EHS installs and services the units as required.

Q. This sounds like a costly unit, it seems to do so much?

A. Quite the opposite – EHS believes that the toilet sanitiser is the most economically viable solution to Toilet sanitation and hygiene. Combined with other products your toilets should NEVER need to smell like a public toilet again!!

Toilet Seat Cleaner (Anti-bac Spray)

“EHS offers some of the most advanced practical toilet seat cleaner solutions which are ideal for any bathroom – big or small!!

• Eliminates cross-contamination of bacteria
• It is a safe and simple way to ensure clean and dry toilet seats
• The solution contains a powerful alcohol cleaning liquid with perfume fragrance scent
• Dries quickly allowing seat to be used within seconds
• Totally biodegradable and no harmful effects on plumbing or the environment
• Dimensions: H 232mm, W135mm, D95mm

Q. Why use an anti-bac spray – won’t a quick wipe with toilet paper do?

A.
Unfortunately this can actually aid in the spread of bacteria, as you are not killing the bacteria but rather spreading it around the whole toilet seat.

Q. How effective is the Bactericide in the spray?

A.
The Anti-bac spray contains strong bactericides which kills the millions of bacteria cells that a single gram of faeces can inhabit. By wiping the toilet seat and surrounding fixtures with our anti-bac spray, you greatly reduce the risk of cross-contamination through direct contact.

Q. How do we use it – do we need to spend money on special wipes also?

A. NO - using the existing toilet paper which is already provided in the cubicle is a practical and cost effective way to use the anti-bac spray.

Q. What is the main difference between the EHS Anti-Bac spray and the general toilet seat wipes on the market?

A. Toilet seat wipes are basically a damp tissue which is kept in a dispenser, however we have found that these “damp wipes” dry out very easily and therefore are not able to spread the bacteriacide on the toilet seat. Whereas, the EHS anti- bac spray is readily available to spray onto toilet paper and used to wipe down the seat effectively each and every time.

Toilet Deep Cleans

“It’s not only Urinals that benefit from a Deep Clean/De-Scale, if your loo doesn’t smell fresh it may be in urgent need of some attention”

• No damage to ceramics, porcelain or stainless steel fixtures and fittings
• Decreases incidents of odours, stains and “stickiness”
• Enables daily cleaning of toilet to be more effective

Q. How often do we need to have the Deep Clean service?

A. Once again, it all depends on the usage and age of the toilets in general. If it is used mainly by staff and a few customers we usually provide the Deep Clean service every 8 weeks. Obviously public high usage areas require more regular servicing.

Q. Are we able to use the toilet straight after servicing – or are they not to be used for a period of time?

A. As soon as our professional service technician has completed the deep clean,
your sparkling fresh toilet can be used immediately.
